Content Management System (CMS)

A Website Content Management System (CMS) is a site content management and editing control panel that allows a group of non-technical developers to remotely create and update web content. CMS makes it easy to publish and administer content. It is suitable for a wide range of websites such as corporate, e-commerce, community and intranet/extranet systems.

Contact us for more information about CMS license fees and installation services. This is sold on a per-domain license agreement.

Web site Updates

Once your web site is on-line, you should keep your content fresh and you may, at some point, want to make changes or updates. We provide this service for $25. Please provide updates of written text in a digital format (e.g., .txt & .doc files). Pictures should also be provided in a digital format (e.g., .jpg & .gif files). We charge an additional fee if your materials are not in digital format and must be scanned or re-typed. You can also send material for updates by postal mail or by fax, but note that this could require re-typing or scanning and therefore could cost you more.

Extra Charges

• photo re-touching and other types of image manipulation
• materials not submitted in a digital format that we must scan or re-type
• external links that exceed the limit of the web site design plan

We will build the site after receiving a deposit of 50% of the cost. The balance is due when the project is completed.
