Consultation
If you need a website, contact us with a description of your company, and your products and services. Begin by filling out our on-line form. If you need re-design services, please include your URL (web address). Once you approve our quoted fee, we can begin to plan your site. Click here for our standard web site design prices.

Materials
Please provide any graphic images and written text that you would like to include on your web site. Determine what types of materials you currently have available (e.g., logos, information from existing brochures, etc), and what new materials you will have to create for your site. If you do not have photos, we can provide some. It's not entirely necessary for you to supply us with written text in a ready-to-use, computer-ready format (e.g., word processing file), but it is more cost effective for you. There is an extra charge if written text exceeds 800 words per web page.

Site organization approval
We will begin the planning process by sending you a preliminary version of your site. This is a visual overview of the site's structure with details about how it is organized, how many pages it has, and what information is contains. Once you approve the site organization, a deposit of 50% of the total cost will be due and then we will begin to build your web site. When the site is complete and is ready to be launched on the Internet, the balance is payable.

Preliminary Design Approval
Upon receiving your deposit, we will create a preliminary version of your site and give you a web address where you can view the layout of the first page. On the basis of your feedback, we will then modify it until the design meets your approval. All sites include optimized images and meta-tags to maximize the detection of the site by search engines. Other features you may want are rollover images and links, and CSS style sheets.

Final Project
Project completion time generally depends upon your ability to provide us with materials for your site in a timely manner. If you have a deadline, then we will do the best we can to meet it. Once the site is finished and meets your approval, the final version will be uploaded to the web using the hosting service you have arranged. We will also give you a back-up copy of your website on CD.

Domain Name and web hosting
If you are going to have a business website, we recommend that you get your own domain name (e.g., www.yourcompanyname.com). If you do not have a domain name, we can help you get register for one. Many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) offer a package that includes web hosting service and a domain name. Their monthly fee usually depends on how much space you require for your site. Web site Maintenance
You can maintain your web site using your own software, or you can contact us for periodic updates and changes to your website. We charge an hourly rate of $25/hour (CAN) for this service.
